received a bad service, the errors included: They originally advertised the wrong flat photo on my details. Signage was put outside the wrong flat. Original photos were terrible of the property, had to pester to get this rectified in the end, I supplied my own. Not letting you know when a viewer can’t attend a booked viewing. Very hit and miss on receiving feedback on viewings. Originally had to pester to get the property put into the window, for months it wasn’t even on show. They ring you about houses / areas that are not on your details to want to view. Why have the details if you don't use them? When I withdrew from sale, they removed the signage leaving a mess on the wall.. ie screws stuck out. When I withdrew from sale, they were not interested in any of their faults with their service, and I had pay to leave after even 32 months. This would have applied at any leaving date... All I can say is, I would avoid unless you want to add to the stress of selling your home!!
